Network with Purpose
The most unique lunch in the city! Join The Get Together and Network with Purpose. This lunch is exclusively designed for the business person who wants to meet like-minded professionals while helping ministries. The Get Together is an open network of business professionals and industry leaders who gather together to share our expertise, network and resources to help ministries. We do this without asking for money. We want to know who you know, what you know and what you’d like to offer… and collectively we work together to make a difference in our city.
We will introduce you to the 14 Christ-centered, vetted nonprofit ministries that we’ve invited to attend. Our goal is to inspire you in your business and introduce you to opportunities where you can use your professional skills and network to make a difference in the city…all without donating money. We’ll share the tangible and skill-based needs of our 14 vetted, Christ-centered ministries. There’s no requirement to make a donation. Come and see how you can connect with your peers and nonprofits. All business people are welcome to attend; regardless of your industry.
We don’t have membership fees. Basically, if you register, buy your lunch and participate in one of our meetings then you are part of our network!
Note: Our primary goal is to love God and love our neighbors. While we understand that everyone has a personal response to their own healthcare we also understand there is an increased concern of the Delta variant. We are politely recommending that guests wear masks at this event. If you are uncomfortable wearing a mask then we have designated tables as “mask-free” tables for your convenience. Thank you for understanding.
(Nonprofits that are not a part of our vetted Partner list are politely asked to refrain from attending. Interested nonprofits may apply for partnership each February. Check our website for details).

Meet Catherine Brown, our keynote speaker on Sept. 29th.
If you don’t think of sales as an honorable profession, you haven’t read Catherine Brown’s new book: How Good Humans Sell: The Proven Path to B2B Sales Success.
Released in May 2021, the book combines best sales practices with social psychology principles. It can be used in combination with other sales training programs to help sales professionals overcome the hesitation that keeps them from closing more business.
A veteran of 25+ years of B2B (business-to-business) selling, Catherine understands what it means to start and build a business during challenging times. She launched her first sales consulting firm in 2003 and now runs the sales training firm, ExtraBold Sales, where she coaches others to sell with confidence.
Her sales system includes psychology research that gets at the heart of why people don’t sell effectively. She also trains on the reasons people buy (it’s not what you think!). Her process helps business owners take the frustration and worry out of business development so they can close new business without wasting money on one-size-fits-all sales training.
Catherine lives in Texas with her family. She loves taking walks, reading, planning her next globetrotting adventure, watching sci-fi, and hosting dinner parties. She has a BA from Rice University and is a StoryBrand Certified Guide.
